Sous la direction culinaire du chef Clément Boivin (Cuisine Libre!), reconnu pour sa maîtrise de l’approche locale et forestière et en collaboration avec la cheffe pâtissière Catherine Lépine-Lafrance, le repas devient un voyage sensoriel où chaque plat raconte une histoire et chaque bouchée se transforme en expérience. Pour l’occasion, le 3e étage se métamorphose en demeure enchantée et le dôme en atrium sauvage.
L’expérience, créée par Nicolas Fonseca (Mr Jaune), Michel Lam (Fig55) et Thomas Payette (mirari), tisse un dialogue entre gastronomie, arts vivants et projections immersives. Animal rusé, elle a réussi à s’emparer d’une plume d’aigle magique, une plume qui donne le pouvoir – et le devoir! – de transmettre les histoires. C’est grâce au courage de cette tortue que les humains ont commencé à créer des contes, des mythes, des légendes, et à les répéter à leurs enfants pour que les traditions et les savoirs des ancêtres ne se perdent jamais.
